Our Cake Ganache plates are an excellent way of achieving the perfect finish on your cakes. Our 3mm thick clear plates are made from the highest quality of Perspex© Brand Acrylic and can be reused time and time again. Our Acrylic is virgin food grade and manufactured right here in the UK!

Ganache plates are a very simple and easy way of achieving the perfect finish. Place your cake between a pair of plates, and using a spreader or smoother, apply your buttercream or ganache around the outside of the cake.

Care Instructions:
• Before first use: Remove the protective film from both sides of the plate, then wash in warm soapy water.
• Wash before and after each use.
